The Recharge T8 combines the B5 engine with a plug-in hybrid system for more power and greater fuel efficiency, particularly if you can charge frequently. It produces 455 hp and 523 lb-ft and has an EPA-estimated all-electric range of 41 miles with a fully charged battery.
The Insurance Institute for Highway Safety gave the 2023 Volvo S60 Recharge the highest rating of Good in all six crash tests and for how well its headlights illuminate the road.
