Vehicle Description

Presenting a newly re-mastered Bronco by Kindred. This Kindred Trail Edition was recently completed and is now ready for immediate delivery. No 6 month wait! Full Kindred Warranty and delivery experience including tour of Kindred's beautiful Mare Island factory included with sale. A little bit about Kindred: We all love the feeling that we get from driving a classic car: The nostalgia. The simplicity. The mechanical feel. The involvement. What we don't love about classic cars is that they're finicky, they're smelly and aren't that great for the environment. Forget about Bluetooth, Heated Seats, or Apple CarPlay... Wireless charging and Power Side Steps? Ha! Enter Kindred Motorworks. They, like us, love old cars. They love everything about them and understand them wholly. They also understand that there's a difference between loving a classic and living with a classic. Imagine getting the authentic look and feel of driving a real classic, but without all of the compromises of an old car. In short, Kindred has reinvented the classic. It's comfortable. It's reliable. It has all of the Creature Comforts of a new car, only in the package of a classic. ...and it's so much more than \"just another\" resto-mod. Each example is hand built at their factory (yeah that's right, I said factory) on Mare Island in Northern California. Learn more here. The factory utilizes a true OEM Grade assembly line with an honest to God Quality Control Process that examines every last nut and bolt of every last build. It's a system that's taken hundreds of thousands of man-hours to develop, but in the end Kindred was able to build a well oiled machine, both in process and infrastructure, that can create and recreate masterpieces with incredible precision. Now let's get to the car: Built on a fully refurbished and powder coated 1973 chassis, this Deep Maroon on Black example is a Trail Edition equipped with the optional Hard Top. Under the hood is a pairing snatched from Ford's Part's Bin using their latest internal combustion technology: The Generation III Coyote 5 litre V8 engine rated at 460bhp mated to the silky smooth, lightning quick, and almost indestructible Heavy Duty 10-spd Automatic Gearbox. Cap it with a brilliantly mapped Ford Performance electronic engine management system, and you have a truly drivable and capable SUV. Moving front to back down the driveline: the front differential is a limited slip HD unit from Dana with locking hubs and Chromoly axles, the transfer case is a heavy-duty Atlas 2 unit, and out back sits a Ford 9\" Limited Slip Differential with extreme duty axles. The combinations, ratios, and electronics have been meticulously tested and retested during the development process and have been mastered to make the new Kindred Bronco a gentle giant with an easily coaxed mean streak and incredible off-road capability. The exterior body is comprised of new reproduction body panels. The panel gaps are tight and the fit and finish excellent. The Maroon Metallic 2-stage paint is shot evenly with no short sprays at the edges. The paint was shot deeply then polished to a bright deep finish. As a Trail Edition all Chrome accents have been substituted with black semi-gloss powder-coated bits. The front and rear bumpers are steel heavy-duty offroad bumpers equipped with recovery hoops. The front bumper features an integrated Warn Zeon 10-S Winch, and the rear an integrated accessory-hitch receiver. The matching spare wheel and tire was moved to a heavy-duty rear mounted carrier, and the fenders have been flared to accommodate a set of BF Goodrich 33\" Offroad Tires mounted on 18\" Forged Aluminum wheels by Method Racing.Suspension is a 3-link with Bilstein shocks and stopping is provided by Wilwood Performance disc brakes with 13\" 2-piece rotors front and rear, six piston calipers in the front, and four piston calipers in the rear. One of the first things you will notice upon opening the doors (besides the LED lit power retractable steps
