Equipment includes power steering and drum brakes, body-color 15? steel wheels, an AM radio, and a heater. This example was reportedly delivered new in Yosemite Blue Metallic and underwent a color change to purple metallic with a white roof during the 2000s refurbishment. Equipment includes chrome bumpers and trim, driving lamps, a hood ornament, a retractable antenna, three side-view mirrors, and a chrome down-turned exhaust tip. Body-color steel wheels wear chrome hubcaps and trim rings. A matching spare wheel is stowed in the carpeted trunk. The 26th Series Clipper rode on a 122 inch wheelbase and features a coil-sprung independent front suspension as well as a live rear axle with leaf springs. Stopping power is handled by Easamatic power-assisted drums at all four corners. The cabin features front and rear bench seating trimmed in gray striped cloth. Textured black mats line the floors, and additional equipment includes an AM radio, a heater, a locking glovebox, front lap belts, and a rear robe cord. The body-color two-spoke steering wheel fronts a color-coordinated steel dashboard and a textured instrument panel housing a 110 mph speedometer, a clock, and a combination gauge with readouts for fuel level and engine temperature. The 288ci Thunderbolt flathead straight-eight features five main bearings and a Carter two-barrel carburetor. The engine was rebuilt in 2001.
